While Sinclair's songs are fine unadorned, he often plays with some of North Carolina's best acoustic sidemen. These include Joseph Hasty on bass, Dick Hull on lead guitar and mandolin, as well as mandolin prodigy, Aaron Ramsey. All three musicians play on Sinclair's 2003 release, ALWAYS.
